On the afternoon of February 13, Long Dingmin, the Director of the Hainan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, visited the Provincial Rescue Management Station for an on-site inspection and to provide guidance. Qiu Tianhua, the Second-level Inspector of the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, and other officials were also part of the delegation.

The inspection team toured various functional areas, including the Comprehensive Archives Room, the Minors Rescue and Protection Center, the Duty Hall, the Rescue Shelters, the Canteen, and the Medical Room. They reviewed relevant records and documents related to the rescue management work and gained an in-depth understanding of the station’s various operations.

During the meeting, the inspection team watched a documentary about the rescue management work titled “Hearts Connected, Hands Held” and listened to a work report from Cai Liang, the head of the Provincial Rescue Management Station. Long Dingmin expressed her deep impression and satisfaction with the visit. In recent years, the leadership of the Provincial Rescue Management Station has played a pivotal role in guiding the team, managing the station efficiently, and providing excellent services to the people in need. The station has demonstrated great care in areas such as environmental cleanliness, staff morale, and attention to everyday details, embodying the principle of “Civil Affairs for the People, Civil Affairs with Love.”

While fully recognizing the achievements of the Provincial Rescue Management Station, Long also outlined new expectations for future work. She emphasized that moving forward, the station should: 1. Continue to enhance the “Warm-hearted Civil Affairs · Rescue Harbor” brand, focusing on the “123456” rescue work model, and promote effective practices and successful cases; 2. Prudently address critical issues in development and work closely with relevant provincial departments and local governments for coordinated efforts; 3. Build on existing achievements and experiences to expand its functions, leverage the hardware facilities at the Minors Rescue and Protection Center, and innovate and improve the protection work for minors, creating highlights in the development of the “Protect the Seedlings” base.
